TERMS

Standard delivery time for all items is 8-10 weeks. Please allow more time for all custom made pieces. Customers may request photos to view furniture during the building process.

Payment terms are 50/50. 50% of the total cost and packing are paid up front, and the remainder of the balance is paid upon the product leaving our factory in Mexico. However, paid-in-full is also accepted. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and money orders (except AMEX).

3% of the product cost will be added for packing. Additionally percentages will be added to products that requires crating.

No additional charges will be added without buyer's approval.

Product insurance will be in proportion to product cost and weight and will be calculated prior to product departure.
